Q. What are the bill payment options available on Internet Banking?
We offer you the below services to make bill payments:

  1. Add Biller: Register your bills so we can remind you when the payments are due
  2. View & Pay all your bills
  3. Manage Biller lets you delete any bills that you don’t want to pay anymore
  4. Use QuickPay to complete payments instantly without registering any biller
  5. View bill payments done in the past six months in Transaction History.

 

Payment can be made for all the below billers and more as we add them
We let you pay all your Utility, Insurance, Mutual Funds & Tax bills, Subscriptions, Credit Card payments and Donate to Charities all this from the comfort of your home.

Q. How can I add a Bill on Internet banking?

6 easy steps to add your billers:

  1. Click on “Add Biller” in the Bill Pay tab
  2. Select the category of biller you want to make the payment for
  3. Enter your Consumer ID, Subscriber ID, Mobile number, landline number and a couple of other details that are required to complete the transaction
  4. We let you set a nick name for every biller so you can remember what it is meant for
  5. Just to be sure that you are doing this transaction, we will send you an OTP
  6. And your biller is registered

 

Q. How does one know which bills will be paid this month and when?

The View/Pay Bills tab lets you view all the bills that are due for the month. We show them all upright with details of when the bill is to be paid.

This option shows you all the details required to take an action for your bill payments.

  1. All bills which don’t get presented are available for you to pay at your convenience
  2. All bills which have been presented for payment, show when the payment is due

 

Q. Can billers once added, ever be deleted?

Use the Manage Biller option to delete any biller in its entirety.

Steps to Delete Biller:

  1. Click on “Manage Biller” in the Billpay tab
  2. All the registered billers will be displayed. Click the delete button in front of the biller you want to delete
  3. Confirm the deletion of the biller & we will vanish this biller from your list

 

Q. How does one make instant payments?

Pay all your bills instantly using our QuickPay option, without registering the biller.

Steps to complete a bill payment using QuickPay:

  1. Click on “QuickPay” in the Bill Pay tab
  2. Select the category of the biller
    1. Electricity
    2. Gas
    3. Insurance
    4. Landline
    5. Postpaid
  3. Enter your consumer ID / subscriber ID / Mobile number / landline number and other details that are required to complete the transaction
  4. Enter the bill amount. 
  5. Select the bank account
  6. Just to be sure that you are doing this transaction, we will send you an OTP for verification
  7. And your payment is done

 

Q. What are the various recharge facilities available on Internet Banking?

Currently we offer the below recharge facilities:

  1. Prepaid Mobile Number recharge
  2. DTH (Direct To Home) account recharge

 

Q. What are the steps to recharge my Prepaid Mobile or DTH account?

Recharge your prepaid mobile phones & DTH accounts using our Recharge option.

Steps to complete a recharge:

  1. Click on “Recharge” in the Bill Pay tab
  2. Select the type of recharge i.e. Prepaid Mobile or DTH
  3. For prepaid mobile recharge enter Mobile number. The service provider details will be displayed automatically; these details can be changed manually
  4. To do a DTH recharge enter DTH subscriber ID & select provider
  5. Enter the amount & click “Recharge”
  6. Confirm your transaction & select the account. Click “Pay” to proceed.
  7. Just to be sure that you are doing this transaction, we will send you an OTP for verification
  8. And your recharge is done

 

Q. Which bills can be viewed in Transaction History?

View the all the bill payments & recharges you have done in the last six months.

What we offer in Transaction History:

  1. By default the last five bill payments or recharges are displayed, a date filter is provided to fetch transactions completed earlier. Please note that only the transactions done in the last six months can be viewed as these are what get stored
  2. A biller wise transaction filter
