Step 1 of 6:
Get started by entering your registered mobile number.
This is the same mobile number you used while opening your account, getting a loan or a credit card. Please keep this handy as you will receive an OTP on this mobile number later
Step 2 of 6:
Enter your Customer ID to authenticate yourself.
Your Customer ID is available in your welcome kit, welcome email or on account statements shared by the bank on your registered email ID. You can also access your Customer ID using Get Customer ID.
Step 3 of 6:
Authenticate one of your accounts so we know it’s you.
You can easily authenticate your account by providing account number of your savings account or current account or loan account or use your debit or credit card number. You can find this in your welcome kit, welcome email or on the account statement shared by the bank on your registered email ID
Step 4 of 6:
Verify your registered mobile number for additional security.
To enhance security of your account, please enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number for verification purpose
Step 5 of 6:
Set-up MPIN for quick access.
To make your login fast and safe, you can set-up a 4-digit MPIN which will be known only to you. You can use this MPIN to quickly login to your account
Step 6 of 6:
Login securely using MPIN.
You can now use your MPIN to login securely to your mobile banking. You can also set-up biometrics such as Fingerprint or Face Recognition if supported by your device to login to your account. Please do not share your MPIN with anyone for security reasons

1. Go to your phone Settings.
2. Go to Security and Privacy (it also be called Password and Security).
3. Select Fingerprints/Biometrics.
4. Here you can check the number of fingerprints that are currently being recognized by your phone. You can add/remove/update the fingerprints here.
5. You can also access this if you search for “Fingerprints” in your phone's Settings and update the same there accordingly.

You can update it when you receive a notification from the Play Store or App Store. You can also enable auto-update on your andorid/iOS phone under Play Store/App Store settings. Timely updating the App gives you access to the latest features of the App.

2. Long-press on the same and select "App Info" via the "i" icon.
3. Select storage.
4. Select "Clear Data”/"Clear Storage" and then “Clear Cache” (it may be at the bottom of your screen).
